CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - West Virginia Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin has ordered state flags at the Capitol Complex in Charleston and at state-owned facilities in Harrison County to be lowered to half-staff in memory of Harrison County Commissioner Frank “Chunki” Angotti.

Tomblin ordered the flags be lowered from sunrise to sunset on Monday, when funeral services will be held for Angotti in Clarksburg.

The 67-year-old Angotti suffered a heart attack Jan. 23 while clearing snow in his neighborhood. He died Thursday.

In addition to serving on the county commission, Angotti served two terms in the state House of Delegates. He also operated a pizza and sub shop in Clarksburg for more than 40 years.
