LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Arkansas State Police say three people died in separate auto accidents during the final two days of 2015.

Police say 52-year-old Michael Curtiss of Prattsville died New Year’s Eve when the car he was driving on Highway 35 in Saline County crossed the center line shortly after 11 p.m. and collided head-on with a pickup truck. The driver of the truck was hospitalized in undisclosed condition.

On Wednesday, 62-year-old Juanita Power of Charleston died when the car she was driving east on Interstate 40 in Pulaski County was struck head-on by a westbound car in the eastbound lanes. The other driver was hospitalized in undisclosed condition.

Also Wednesday, 38-year-old James Mosely of Newport died when the vehicle he was driving went off Highway 1 in Cross County, struck a guardrail and overturned.
