NEW CASTLE, Del. (AP) - New Castle County Police have arrested a man they say had heroin and marijuana while in a county park.

It happened early Friday in county parkland near the Rutledge community, the department said in a news release. An officer saw a man in the park, which closes a dusk.

Authorities say the man was behaving suspiciously, and a search turned up 150 bags of suspected heroin and a small amount of marijuana.

Eighteen-year-old Shaiquil Edwards of New Castle was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and other offenses.
