BOULDER, Colo. (AP) - The United States Postal Service is commemorating the space mission to Pluto with new postage stamps.

The stamps supersede a 29-cent “Pluto: Not Yet Explored” stamp that flew to Pluto on the New Horizons spacecraft, beginning in 2006.

The mission that has strong Boulder ties flew successfully past Pluto in July.

According to the Boulder Daily Camera (https://tinyurl.com/zqesjws ), one new stamp has a drawing of the spacecraft and the other has a picture of Pluto taken during its close approach.
