MAYS LANDING, N.J. (AP) - Two Atlantic City men have been arrested and two others are being sought in the shooting death of a southern New Jersey man late last year.

Atlantic County prosecutors say the four face several charges, including conspiracy, kidnapping and felony murder.

The charges announced Monday stem from the Nov. 29 shooting of Equallie Bumpass in Pleasantville.

Prosecutors say 21-year-old Amir Sanders was arrested Friday at the county jail, where he’s being held on unrelated charges. Another suspect, 26-year-old Bryant Marsh, was arrested Saturday after being released from a hospital.

The two other suspects - 27-year-old Marshall Coley and 28-year-old Andre Smiley - remain at large.

Authorities say Bumpass was “forcibly” removed from his home at gunpoint and was taken to another area of Pleasantville. He was then shot multiple times.
