BLUFFTON, S.C. (AP) - A second person has been charged in the fatal shooting earlier this month of a man in the parking lot of a store in Bluffton.

Bluffton Police spokeswoman Joy Nelson issued a news release saying that 24-year-old Kenneth Crivan Mitchell of Savannah, Georgia, was charged with murder Sunday night. Mitchell is charged in the Jan. 3 shooting death of 29-year-old Jon Kinlaw.

Last week a 17-year-old Hardeeville resident was also charged with murder.

Mitchell is in jail in Savannah on unrelated charges. It was not immediately known if he had an attorney.
