DEL CITY, Okla. (AP) - A former sex offender convicted more than 20 years ago has been charged with sex crimes against a 14-year-old girl.

Forty-five-year-old Donnie Ray Schultz of Del City is charged with 19 counts of second-degree rape, 31 counts of forcible oral sodomy, one count of manufacturing child pornography, one count of possession of obscene material involving the participation of a minor under the age of 18 and engaging in a pattern of criminal offenses in two or more counties.

Investigators say Schultz developed a sexual relationship with the girl in July 2014 after meeting her through a class he taught at Calvary Christian Church in Del City.

Schulz was convicted of second-degree rape in 1995.

The Oklahoman reports (https://bit.ly/1Oo2dfg ) that Schultz is in Oklahoma County jail with bail set at $500,000. It wasn’t immediately known if he has an attorney.
