NEWINGTON, N.H. (AP) - New Hampshire State Police say glare from the sun and driver distraction are to blame for five accidents that occurred on the Little Bay Bridge in Newington.

The Portsmouth Herald reports (https://bit.ly/1N44Y3s ) state police began receiving calls of multiple crashes on the southbound side of the bridge around 9 a.m. Monday. Traffic during the early morning rush was backed up for miles in the area.
