MILLSBORO, Del. (AP) - The Delaware State Police says one person is dead after a fatal crash in Millsboro.

The Delaware State Police said in a statement that the crash happened Tuesday around 5:30 p.m. on Mt. Joy Road just north of Cordrey Road. State Police say that for unknown reasons the driver of a Honda Accord crossed the center line of the road and into the path of a Chevrolet Blazer.

State Police say the 65-year-old driver of the Chevrolet Blazer was not wearing a seatbelt and was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead. State Police say the driver of the Honda Accord was wearing a seatbelt and has been hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.

State police said an investigation is continuing and that no charges have been filed.
