COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - Two low-cost carriers have announced new nonstop flights from Ohio airports.

Frontier Airlines said Tuesday it will launch daily nonstop flights from Port Columbus to Denver and Las Vegas, and flights three times a week to Orlando, Florida, and Philadelphia beginning in May and June.

A day earlier the airlines announced nonstop flights to Los Angeles and San Francisco from the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport this spring.

Allegiant Travel Co. on Tuesday announced nonstop biweekly flights from Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky to Destin, Florida, and Washington D.C. via the Baltimore / Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport this spring.
