HUDSON, N.H. (AP) - New Hampshire police say a man is dead after his car crossed the center lane into oncoming traffic in Hudson.

Police say the driver was the only occupant of a Ford Taurus that crossed into the northbound lane on Derry Street and was struck by a 2011 Toyota Highlander at about 1:30 p.m. Thursday.

Authorities say he was pronounced dead at the hospital. They say the female driver of the Highlander and two children in her car were not injured.

Police have not released the identities of those involved in the accident.
