BALTIMORE (AP) - Police in Baltimore are investigating after a 10-year-old boy was shot in the arm.
Police said in a statement the shooting happened Friday at about 6:30 p.m. Police say officers were called to the 5300 block of Frankford Avenue for a report of a shooting. Police say their investigation revealed that the boy was going into a store when he heard a loud sound. The boy ran inside the store and realized he was injured.
The boy was taken to a hospital for treatment, and an investigation is ongoing.
