ATLANTA (AP) - Police are looking for a suspect after a teenager was shot to death in northwest Atlanta after purchasing Powerball tickets for his mother.

WXIA-TV (https://on.11alive.com/1JQnSQE ) reported Saturday that police are offering a $2,000 reward to find the killer of 19-year-old Deonta Evans. He was shot multiple times Wednesday while riding his bicycle home from a store where he had just bought some Powerball tickets for his mother.

The shooting took place about a block away from his home in front of J.E. Brown Middle School.
