ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) - The legacy of Martin Luther King, Jr. will be celebrated by New York at the state Capitol complex.
A free program at the Empire State Plaza Convention Center on Monday will feature musical and theatrical tributes to the late civil rights leader.
This year’s celebration will include performances by Grammy-winning gospel singer Dorinda Clark-Cole and blues guitarist Guy Davis.
Doors open at 8:30 a.m.
