NEW YORK (AP) - New York City’s customer service call line will increase its staffing by at least 25 percent during the weekend snowstorm.

New Yorkers use the “311” call center to get information on a wide range of city services and issues.

Officials say the center will work closely with Emergency Management and other agencies to get the most current and complete storm-related information.
