MARS, Pa. (AP) - State police and a coroner have been investigating the death of a man found in a western Pennsylvania yard.

The name of the man hasn’t been released.

He was reportedly found about 3:15 a.m. Friday in the front yard of a house in Adams Township, Butler County. That’s about 20 miles north of Pittsburgh.

Township police say the death was suspicious, but refused to comment on reports that he may have been shot.

Adams police referred questions to state troopers in Butler, who have taken over the investigation.

The state police spokesman did not immediately return a call nor did the county coroner.
