Sea Isle City, N.J. (AP) - Several fire departments are battling a restaurant blaze in a southern New Jersey resort town.

But their efforts are being hampered by flood waters and the blizzard that’s socking the region.

No injuries have been reported in the fire at Avalon Coffee in Sea Isle City. But officials say part of the building will likely have to be demolished.

The blaze started around 11 a.m. Saturday and has burned for several hours.

Citing concerns that fire trucks could get stuck at the scene if Saturday night’s high tide brings more flooding, fire crews from several towns were asked to help local firefighters battle the blaze.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
