ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (AP) - Towns along New Jersey’s coast are once again dealing with tidal flooding after a snowstorm that has dumped more than two feet of snow on parts of the state.

Emergency officials in Manasquan tweeted out a picture showing streets flooded with ocean water and icy chunks of snow. Atlantic City officials reported flooding there as well.

The National Weather Service forecasts moderate to major flooding for southern New Jersey and moderate flooding for northern New Jersey Saturday night.

Officials say that Saturday night and Sunday morning’s tidal flooding isn’t expected to be as severe as Saturday morning’s.

More than 45,000 homes remain without power around New Jersey as the storm continues battering down with heavy wind and snow.
