BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - A Fort Totten high school teacher says he will run for North Dakota state superintendent of public instruction.

Joseph Chiang says in a statement he will challenge incumbent Kirsten Baesler for the Republican endorsement.

Chiang teaches math at Four Winds High School.

Baesler announced last week she will seek a second term.
