PORTSMOUTH, N.H. (AP) - Former Sen. Judd Gregg and former Pennsylvania Gov. Ed Rendell are speaking at a public forum in Portsmouth about the impact of fiscal policy decisions.

The forum is part of the Granite State Conversation project organized by the state’s community college system to explore the major issues facing the country today and how they affect New Hampshire.

The forum begins at 4 p.m. Monday at Great Bay Community College. The discussion will be moderated by Chancellor Ross Gittell and Robert Bixby, director of The Concord Coalition.
