FAIRBURY, Neb. (AP) - Training and certification for youth fishing instructors has been scheduled in southeast Nebraska.

The Nebraska Game and Parks Commission says the free workshop will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Feb. 13 at Rock Creek Station State Historical Park near Fairbury.

Instructors will receive training and tools to conduct fishing clinics.

Rock Creek Station sits six miles east of Fairbury in Jefferson County. A park entry permit is required.
