D’IBERVILLE, Miss. (AP) - Police have discovered remains that are believed to be those of a Biloxi woman reported missing in a car in a wooded area in D’Iberville.

Local media outlets report the body was found Saturday.

Biloxi police Lt. Chris De Back says the remains are believed to be those of 21-year-old Tiffany Rea Mcdavid. An autopsy has been scheduled to confirm the identity and cause of death.

De Back says McDavid was last seen Jan. 6. She was reported missing Jan. 11.

D’Iberville officers received a call about a suspicious vehicle found in a secluded area on Saturday. In the car, officers found the human remains.
