MONROE, Wash. (AP) - Authorities say they’ve found the body of a missing 2-year-old who had disappeared from his home in the Monroe area.

The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office says Grayson Hill’s parents last saw him around in their home at about 12:20 p.m. Friday. They reportedly called 911 about 20 minutes later to report him missing.

The Sheriff’s Office says searchers located the boy’s body at about three hours later on the family’s property in a creek about 35 feet from their home.

Sheriff’s officials say it was believed he had wandered away.
