CONCORD, N.C. (AP) - Police have arrested a man in the killing of Cynthia Marie Boza, whose body was found two weeks ago in woods off Poole Place NW in Concord.

Police told local media that 23-year-old Jacquise Candrell Moore has been charged with first-degree murder. Moore is in the Forsyth County jail, where he was being held on other charges.

He is charged with killing 45-year-old Cynthia Marie Boza. Her family reported her missing from her Charlotte home in early December.

Her body was found in Concord. Police have not said how she died.

It was not clear if Moore has an attorney on the murder charge.
