WILLISTON, N.D. (AP) - Two men are facing assault charges in Williston following a fight at a bar in which police say a gun was brandished.

The Williston Herald (https://bit.ly/1Jnphy0 ) reports arrest warrants have been issued for 32-year-old Williston resident Darin Wendt and 52-year-old George Satterfield II, of Alexander.

Police say Satterfield punched Wendt in response to taunts at a Williston bar in early December. Police say the fight continued outside the bar, and at that point, Wendt took a handgun from his car, pointed it at a crowd and then aimed it at Satterfield. Police say Wendt also pistol whipped Satterfield in the head.

Wendt faces four charges including aggravated assault and terrorizing. Satterfield faces a simple assault charge.

Court records don’t list attorneys who could comment on behalf of either man.
