RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) - The North Carolina Department of Transportation is encouraging Panthers fans to take the train to the game.

The agency says North Carolina’s Amtrak has adjusted its train schedule to accommodate the Carolina Panthers’ 4:25 p.m. game against the Tampa Buccaneers.

Sunday’s Panthers Train is scheduled to leave Raleigh at 11:45 a.m. and arrive in Charlotte about 3 p.m. Public buses will be available at the station to drop off passengers near the stadium. The return train leaves Charlotte at 9 p.m. and arrives in Raleigh at midnight.
