GRETNA, La. (AP) - The Jefferson Parish District Attorney’s Office says two members of a West Jefferson gang have been sentenced to 20 years each in prison.

Both were members of the Harvey Hustlers, a street gang connected to cocaine and heroin trafficking. District Attorney Paul Connick’s office said Friday that the brothers - 24-year-old Bryant Gumms and 27-year-old Derrick Gumms - were sentenced on Thursday after a judge accepted their guilty pleas.

Each had pleaded guilty to racketeering, conspiracy to distribute cocaine and conspiracy to distribute heroin.
