BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) - A man’s body has been found in debris piled up on the bank of the Mississippi River between the I-10 bridge and the Belle of Baton Rouge Casino and Hotel.

The Advocate reports (https://bit.ly/1QNG7b8 ) East Baton Rouge Parish Coroner Beau Clark says it doesn’t appear as though foul play is involved in the man’s death, but an autopsy has been scheduled. The victim’s name has not been released.

Baton Rouge Police Cpl. L’Jean McKneely says police received a call from the casino at 7:20 a.m. Friday after the body was spotted.

Clark says he was told the man was a casino employee who rode his bicycle to work every day.
