TOWSON, Md. (AP) - Mike Morsell scored 24 points and Towson hung on to beat Delaware 101-97 in overtime on Saturday.

With the score tied at 91 Morsell drilled a trey off an assist from Jordan McNeil to give Towson (16-7, 7-3 Colonial Athletic Association) a three-point lead with 38 seconds left. Delaware cut the lead to one point on three separate occasions over the final 30 seconds on four free throws from Kory Holden and two from Anthony Mosely. But the Tigers managed to stay one step ahead, as Morsell finished 6 of 8 at the line to seal the win.

Holden led the Blue Hens (5-16, 0-10) with 33 points and Mosely had a career best 28.

John Davis finished with 21 points and William Adala Moto added 19 points, 13 rebounds and six assists for Towson.

Delaware has lost 13 straight and tied a school record with its 10th consecutive league loss.
