DURHAM, N.C. (AP) - Police say three people have been charged in connection with a fatal shooting in Durham.

The Durham Police Department tells local media outlets that they’ve charged 18-year-old Jesus Salgado Briseno and 21-year-old Luis Garcia Navarro with murder. Twenty-five-year-old Reina Elizabeth Espana has been charged with accessory after the fact of murder for allegedly driving the men away from the scene.

Authorities say 25-year-old Jose Giovanni Guillen Rodriguez died shortly after he was shot on January 15.

Police say all three were arrested on unrelated charges on Thursday in Wake County. They were being held without bond, and it wasn’t known if they had attorneys.
