WHEELERSBURG, Ohio (AP) - The Ohio State Highway Patrol says a man has died after the all-terrain vehicle he was driving went off a road in Wheelersburg and hit a fence post.

Troopers say 35-year-old Nathan Lee Wiedbrauk, of West Portsmouth, was pronounced dead at the scene after unsuccessful efforts to resuscitate him.

Troopers were called to the scene at 1:16 p.m. Sunday. Authorities say the ATV went off the side of Gephart Road before hitting the post and throwing the driver off the vehicle.
