GREAT FALLS, Mont. (AP) - Officials say United Airlines is now offering direct flights from Great Falls to Chicago.

The partners in the Great Falls Low Cost Airline Initiative announced that United will operate a summer route between Great Falls and Chicago O’Hare International Airport on Saturday and Sunday mornings from June 11 to Aug. 14.

The Great Falls Tribune reports (https://gftrib.com/1PJHLVS) that the airline will use a 70-seat jet with a first class section.

Chicago O’Hare is among the largest connecting hubs in the world with service to more than 200 destinations in the U.S. and abroad.

The Great Falls Low Cost Airline Initiative is a partnership of the Great Falls Airport Authority, Great Falls Area Chamber of Commerce and Great Falls Tourism.
