GOLDSBORO, N.C. (AP) - One person has been charged in the fatal shooting of a man in Goldsboro.

Police tell local media outlets that they responded to a shooting call on Saturday afternoon. There, they found 22-year-old Hubaner Roberto Morales-Morales suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators say he and another man had a fight, which was broken up by bystanders. Later, authorities say 32-year-old Valentin Morales-Morales returned and shot him.

Valentin Morales-Morales was later arrested and served with an outstanding warrant for an open count of murder.

He was being held at the Wayne County Jail without bond and was scheduled to appear in court Monday. It wasn’t immediately clear if he had an attorney.
