WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Police say a 54-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a bank robbery in Wilmington.

The Wilmington Police Department said Sunday that Craig Williams of Wilmington has been charged with robbery in the second degree.

Police say officers were called to the Citizens Bank on Friday and were able to provide a description of the suspect to assisting units. Police say two officers spotted the suspect in the area of 12th and Clifford Brown Walk and took him into custody without incident.

A police spokeswoman didn’t immediately return a message seeking information on whether Williams had an attorney.
