CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (AP) - Police in Chattanooga say they’re investigating two damaged vehicles outside a Jewish cultural center, including one that was severely burned.

No one was injured. Authorities were called to the center early Sunday. Chattanooga police spokeman Kyle Miller says fire officials have asked the police department to lead the investigation.

Media outlets report police have notified the FBI and are looking for evidence to determine whether a hate crime occurred.

Miller says police plan to increase patrols at Jewish centers and synagogues.
