CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - Former president Bill Clinton is hitting the road in New Hampshire to campaign for his wife, Democratic presidential contender Hillary Clinton.

Clinton is in the first primary state Monday for organizing events in Nashua and Exeter.

A number of presidential contenders will also be in the state - many of them attending a student convention put on by New England College. Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, a Democrat, is slated to speak at the convention Monday, as are GOP hopefuls John Kasich of Ohio and Chris Christie of New Jersey.

Carly Fiorina and Sens. Rand Paul of Kentucky and Marco Rubio of Florida, all Republicans, are also meeting with New Hampshire voters on Monday.

Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush begins a multi-day tour through the state on Tuesday.
