COLUMBUS, Ga. (AP) - A coroner in west Georgia says three bodies have been found in a house, and authorities are investigating the case as a homicide.

Muscogee County Coroner Buddy Bryan tells The Columbus Ledger-Enquirer (https://bit.ly/1JpjMi8) that a woman, her son and her granddaughter were found dead. Authorities were called to the home on Bentley Drive, about 18 miles northeast of downtown Columbus, on Monday morning.

Bryan said autopsies will be done at the Georgia Bureau of Investigation’s crime lab in Decatur.

Few other details were immediately available Monday morning.
