NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - The North Little Rock School District has moved student and teacher furnishings into brand-new or renovated spaces at four schools.

The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette reports (https://bit.ly/1OFHBER ) that students will see the changes when classes resume Tuesday.

The projects opening include Pike View Early Childhood Center, a new location for almost 300 preschool pupils.

The high school will open two of the newly constructed “academic towers” and the dining area.

At Seventh Street Elementary, a wing featuring new academic classrooms, a gymnasium space, and art and music classrooms will also be open to students for the first time.

Ridgeroad Elementary’s new school library and a newly renovated classroom are also among projects that have received new furnishings.
