PUEBLO, Colo. (AP) - Police have arrested a teenager accused of shooting another teen to death in a Pueblo park.

The Pueblo Chieftain reports (https://goo.gl/Rgj5xJ ) 18-year-old Dominik Jaramillo was spotted walking on U.S. Highway 50 near Pueblo High School on Wednesday and was arrested without incident.

He was wanted in connection with the Dec. 14 shooting that left 16-year-old Elijah Aguila dead. Investigators say the shooting happened at a park where a group gathered to watch what was supposed to be a fist fight.

Jaramillo was taken to Pueblo County jail and faces a charge of first-degree murder. An attempt to reach the jail to determine if Jaramillo has hired an attorney was unsuccessful Wednesday night.
