NEW YORK (AP) - Ryan Rhoomes had 25 points, 18 rebounds and four blocks on Wednesday night and Fordham held off La Salle in the final seconds for a 66-61 win.

Antwoine Anderson made 1 of 2 free throws to make it 64-61 for Fordham (10-3, 1-1 Atlantic 10) with 11.9 seconds left.

Dusan Majstorovic missed an attempt to tie it with a 3-pointer for La Salle (4-8, 0-2) going the other way. Cleon Roberts got the offensive rebound, but Anderson stole it away and made two more free throws to seal the victory. Anderson scored 11.

Jordan Price had 21 points and Roberts added 15 for La Salle, which took control with a run late in the first half and narrowly led through most of the second.

The Rams took the lead for good on Rhoomes’ free throws with 3:39 left during the middle of a 14-5 run that ended at 61-56.
