MCCANDLESS, Pa. (AP) - Prosecutors are moving to revoke the bail of a former Pennsylvania high school basketball coach who allegedly had sex with a 16-year-old female player.

The Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office filed a motion Thursday saying 33-year-old Cliff Foster contacted the victim after he was barred from doing so. The motion says Foster and his sister contacted the victim repeatedly between Nov. 26 and Jan. 4.

Prosecutors say the defendant’s sister asked the girl how she was doing and implied that Foster wanted to speak with her. The motion says that the teen was called by Foster on his sister’s phone.

The former Pine-Richland coach is charged with institutional sexual assault.

Foster’s attorney says he’s aware of the motion, but hasn’t had a chance to review it and isn’t commenting.

This story has been corrected to say Foster is a former coach.
