MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) - Police in Manchester are searching for two women in connection with the attempted robbery of a woman who shot and injured a suspect.

Arrest warrants have been issued for 21-year-old Julie Lambert and 26-year-old Amanda Gurley. Neither has a known address. Both are wanted on a charge of conspiracy to commit robbery. Gurley is also wanted for violation of bail conditions stemming from a September 2015 arrest.

Police said they were in a car that followed the 65-year-old woman Monday night to her apartment complex. Police said the woman shot a man identified as 23-year-old Michael Bontaites of Manchester when he tried to grab her. He has been charged with robbery and is recovering in a hospital.

Police also arrested another man in the car on unrelated charges.
