MIDLAND, Texas (AP) - Four West Texas men have been indicted for allegedly taking part in a scheme to steal $365,000 worth of diesel.

The indictment from a federal grand jury in Midland alleges that from January 2014 to September 2014, the men used eight stolen fuel cards to unlawfully acquire bulk loads of diesel fuel.

Charged in the indictment are: 32-year-old Isai Navarette of Odessa; 35-year-old Omar Gardea Lujan of Odessa; 30-year-old Jesus Lozoya of Gardendale; and 43-year-old Jorge Urias Carrasco of Odessa.

Federal prosecutors announced Thursday that each man has been charged with eight counts of access device fraud. Each charge carries a sentence of up to 10 years in prison.

Court records did not list attorneys for the men.
