TRENTON, N.J. (AP) - New Jersey is getting another blast of summer air.

An excessive heat warning is in effect from noon Thursday until 8 p.m. Friday for Mercer, Gloucester, Camden and northwest Burlington counties.

A heat advisory is in effect for the rest of the state.

Forecasters say temperatures in the lower to mid 90s will combine with humidity to make it feel like it’s 100 degrees or higher.

Forecasters say it is best to limit time outdoors and drink plenty of water.
