TULSA, Okla. (AP) - Strong winds blew over at least two tractor-trailer rigs in northeastern Oklahoma, one injuring a driver and the other blocking an interstate.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says the driver of one semi was hospitalized in stable condition after the rig was blown over on Highway 51 near Wagoner while the second rig was blown over on Interstate 44 near Sapulpa and blocked the interstate for just more than an hour.

Meanwhile, a tornado warning issued by the National Weather Service expired at 12:45 p.m.

No tornadoes were reported, but strong winds from the storm caused damage to several buildings, uprooted trees in the area and just more than 83,000 electric customers were without power late Thursday afternoon.
