VENETA, Ore. (AP) - Authorities say a Lane County woman entered a neighbor’s home without permission and fired multiple gunshots at the neighbor’s dog.

The Register-Guard reports (https://bit.ly/29J3jFo ) that 54-year-old Tina Parker of Veneta faces charges of menacing, unlawful use of a weapon, criminal trespass and pointing a firearm at another.

The Lane County Sheriff’s Office says Parker entered the home Wednesday night and then headed to the driveway. She then allegedly fired at the dog, but missed.

The neighbor called deputies and Parker was taken to the county jail.
