CLEVELAND (AP) - The family of a man who died at a concert at Progressive Field in Cleveland has filed a lawsuit two years after his death.
The lawsuit filed Friday names several defendants including the concert promoter and the Cleveland Indians. The team declined to comment.
It’s still not clear how 22-year-old Cory Barron of Fremont died.
He went missing in July 2014 while attending a Jason Aldean concert at the ballpark.
A worker at a landfill spotted his body a few days later after a garbage truck had emptied its load.
Police looked into whether Barron may have fallen down a five- or six-story garbage chute at the ballpark.
The FBI also investigated and said earlier this year that it believes Barron was incapacitated or killed and dumped into the chute.
