STATELINE, Nev. (AP) - The FBI is asking for the public’s help in the search for an armed bank robber suspected of holding up three additional banks in Northern California since the first robbery at Lake Tahoe last month.

The FBI has dubbed the white man with blonde hair the “Bandaged Bandit” because in each case he affixed bandages to his nose, chin and arms. He carried a handgun and passed a note to the teller demanding money at a U.S. Bank branch in Stateline on June 29.

The FBI said Tuesday he’s also suspected of robbing banks in Eldorado Hills, California on July 1 and July 14, and one in Folsom July 15.

He’s believed to be in his mid-20s to early 30s, 5-foot-8 to 5-foot-10 with a large build.

Anyone with information should contact the FBI at 1-800-885-5984.
