SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - A pedestrian has died after being struck by two vehicles in northeastern Sioux Falls.

The Highway Patrol says the incident happened about 4:45 a.m. Tuesday at an Interstate 229 exit. Authorities say the 24-year-old man was walking in the traffic lane on the off-ramp when he was struck by two vans. He died at the scene.

The victim’s name was not immediately released.

No charges are pending against either driver. Neither was hurt.
