TULSA, Okla. (AP) - Tulsa police say an arrest warrant has been issued in a more than five-year-old slaying.

Sgt. Dave Walker says police have identified a federal prison inmate as the suspect in the Jan. 31, 2011, shooting of 40-year-old Martin Caleb. Walker says the suspect will be brought to Tulsa to face the charges.

Caleb died Feb. 1, 2011, the day after he was found with gunshot wounds and lying in the driveway of a home in north Tulsa. Police say Caleb’s pickup truck was stolen and was recovered nearly a week later in Owasso.

Police say a large snowstorm hit Tulsa the night of the shooting and interfered with both the response to the shooting and the resulting investigation.

It was not immediately released what information led to the suspect.
